Henry has been part of the Terranova Team for almost 9 years, nowadays he is our Inbound Department Manager.He is involved in sales, marketing and also takes care of product development in Costa Rica. One of his top priorities is to be aware of new properties or destinations in the country to offer to our customers, scouting around the country to achieve this. He brings to the company over 15 years of experience in the tourism industry: he’s been part of different local tour operators as a sales department representative/manager handling major accounts for some of the biggest DMCs’ in the country; he has also been part of a US company working as a sales rep in New York City for a couple of years, experience that gave him the insight of the culture of our main target travelers. He has also been on the field, working as a tour leader for groups of Costa Ricans traveling across Asia. Through this experience, he was able to experience firsthand the destination and became an Asia expert as well. Frank supports the travel trade and clients with info and curating trips in real time. Frank grew up in Malibu, California and has spent much of my life traveling in search of perfect waves, beautiful peaks, and inspiring wildlife safaris. He has worked managing luxury safari lodges in Africa and has been the International Sales & Marketing Director for various luxury adventure companies, curating trips around the world. His passion for surfing and yoga brought him to Latin America and he has spent more and more time in the region with his family. She graduated from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnologia (ULACIT). Some of her career achievements include supporting customers from different markets such as United States, Europe, and Latin America as an Operations Manager for well-known companies in the tourism industry. Susana was born in San Jose the capital of Costa Rica and is the oldest of three siblings.
